Returns & Replacements
- Eligibility: We accept returns only if the water purifier (RO system) or its components are found to be damaged upon delivery or during the professional installation process.
- Replacement First Approach: If a product or part is verified as damaged, our primary resolution is to immediately provide and install a brand-new replacement of the same model.
Refund Policy
- Conditions for a Refund: A monetary refund will only be issued if the exact model is entirely out of stock or unavailable for replacement.
- Investigation Process: All refund requests are subject to a thorough internal investigation to verify the delivery/installation damage before any funds are released.
